SECURITY
Fuel has increasingly become a target for theft and fuel cards are able to drastically reduce this risk as our networks operate state of the art security including Chip & Pin technology with on-line authorization about to be introduced. Mileage information can also be recorded in order to check driver misuse. Cards can be restricted to use specific products of fuel and lubricants with no other goods being able to be purchased. Our experienced administration staff can deal with queries swiftly and cards stopped and replaced if required.
INVOICING
Each week you will receive an invoice from us detailing the previous week’s fuel drawings. The information is presented for each separate vehicle in date order making it extremely easy to follow and pick up on potential problems.
We can also provide cost centre reports if required.
PAYMENT
Our standard payment terms are twice monthly by direct debit. Fuel that is invoiced between the 1st and 15th of the month is paid for on the 30th day of the month and fuel that is invoiced between the 16th and 31st is paid for on the 15th of the month following.
In certain cases our credit control team will consider alternative payment terms.
